Common Questions

How do I recover my account?

Pop Ludo uses Google Sign-In. Sign in with the same Google account you used originally and your progress will be restored automatically.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my coins.

Purchases are verified with Google Play or the App Store. If your coins didn't arrive, try restarting the app — pending purchases are automatically recovered on launch. If the issue persists, email us with your purchase receipt.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also visit popludo.app/account/delete for instructions.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email us at support@popludo.app with a description of what happened, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots are very helpful.

Is the dice fair?

Yes. The dice uses a server-side random number generator. Every number from 1 to 6 has an equal probability. You can check your personal dice statistics in your profile.
