How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Pop Ludo app on your device
- Tap your Profile icon (top-left corner on the home screen)
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Read the confirmation prompt and tap "Delete Permanently"
- Your account and all data will be deleted immediately
Data That Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers immediately:
- Account information — Google sign-in identity, email address, display name, avatar
- Game progress — experience level, win/loss statistics, campaign progress, leaderboard entries
- Virtual currency — all coins and undo tokens
- Cosmetics — all unlocked and equipped board themes, dice skins, and token styles
- Season Pass progress — tier progress, earned rewards, premium status
- Daily rewards history — claim history and streak data
- Achievements — all unlocked achievements
- Push notification tokens — device registration for notifications
- Support tickets and feedback — any messages you submitted
- Referral records — referral codes and history
- PvP match history — completed multiplayer game records
Data Retention
Pop Ludo does not retain any personal data after account deletion. All data listed above is deleted immediately and permanently — there is no additional retention period.
Note: Purchase records managed by Google Play (transaction history, receipts, refund eligibility) are retained by Google according to their own
privacy policy. Pop Ludo does not control or store Google Play transaction data.
This Action Is Irreversible
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All coins, cosmetics, season pass progress, campaign progress, and game history will be permanently lost. If you sign in with the same Google account later, a new account will be created with no prior data.
